Add all servers to Autoexec 

mm_dedicated_force_servers = "68.232.181.14:27015,209.172.55.143:27015,205.234.203.88:27015,66.219.26.158:27015"

Place in Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\autoexec.cfg .

Create the file if it doesn't already exist.


Connect at will using console

Once the game has launched and you're in the game menu, hit ~ to enable to console. If it doesn't work, that means you have not set up the game to launch the tilde. It should be in your game settings under options.

Once the console is open, you have the option of pasting one of these servers in there.

Hit enter, get out of the console, and then proceed to start up a lobby. Your game will automatically connect to the servers when you hit START GAME.
